What is the minimum age for a child to ride in a helicopter at Spring Loaded?
Children under the age of four may be carried on an adults lap provided they secured by way of an approved lap belt.
What is the minimum age for a child to ride in a jet boat at Spring Loaded?
Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on jet boats. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
Spring Loaded Fun Park is an adventure tourism operation and cancellations affect us greatly. It affects our staffing and our day to day procedures depending on our bookings. It is with this in mind that this cancellation policy comes into effect.
The Kaituna Jet will not be refunded once the boat has passed the bridge. The driver will check before this point that every passenger is happy to carry on the ride. Once this check has been done, and the boat continues, money will not be refunded.
Pre-Paid Bookings
Pre-paid bookings via the internet will be refunded if 48 hours notice has been given. Cards will be re-credited the full amount in this circumstance.
If this booking is cancelled by Spring Loaded Fun Park due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather that makes a trip impossible or equipment failure we will refund the paid amount in full.
No refunds are given to no shows or late comers.
Walk in Bookings
Bookings that made in person over the counter will not be refunded if the customer chooses not to do an activity at the last minute.
Inbound Operator Bookings
Bookings made via our in bound operators require 48 hours notice of cancellation.
